Eric (Keun Woo) Jeong

Welcome! My name is Eric, and I am a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Perry World House, University of Pennsylvania. I received my Ph.D. from London Business School in 2025.

My research investigates how geopolitical disruptions reshape the conditions under which innovation occurs. From contemporary border restrictions between the United States and its neighboring countries to the wartime experiences of European painters during World War II, I examine how geopolitical shocks disrupt access to collaborators, knowledge, and markets, and how these disruptions generate heterogeneous responses across firms and individuals.
